Fever this after delivery?

I've been running a fever since birth and I can't figure it out. It's usually 99.5-99.7 and I'm on an antibiotic but I feel bad too. I'm severely sleep deprived but last night I got some much needed rest because my doctor gave my sleep medication back to me. Can anyone help me figure out what's causing this fever? I've been on Augmentin since Wednesday. I'd really appreciate any help.

I've told them so they know. I saw my family doctor yesterday and I was running a 99 fever but she didn't say anything. I'll call her today and see what she thinks.

Are you engorged? Engorgement (per Dr. Sears), can cause a low grade fever under 101, but antibiotics won't help. Rest, fluids, hand expressing and alternating cold and hot compresses will though.
