Blah 6hrs in L&D yesterday.

I was having regular contractions. They gave me trib and procardia, and they at least brought them down to a less regular level. My cervix is still closed thank god. I feel like absolute hungover shit from all the meds today, I was starving in there while waiting for them to decide to admit me or not. Really just overall shitty. The OB from my office (not my midwife) came looked at the screen and told me to go home. I'm worried and paranoid everytime I feel something. I guess I just have an irritable uterus, but they stopped so much quicker with Xander than this time, blah.

Here's hoping he stays put for the next 5 weeks at least.

Petition the White House to Adopt the Chartreuse Awareness Ribbon for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse.

"While there are many colors for various causes, (for example, Child Abuse and Autism both share the same color ribbon) there is no nationally recognized ribbon in chartreuse. Child sexual abuse affects so many children and yet prevention organizations struggle to receive the funding they need to raise awareness and educate people on all the simple ways we can empower our children, families, and communities against abuse."
