I pulled a muscle or something in my shoulder. Went to bed feeling fine last night, feel like complete shit today. I can barely hold my head up and turning my head either way is out of the question. I rode in the right lane the entire way to work with the slowpokes because I was afraid to turn my head left and get over.

Yes yes I called the dr. Tylenol every 4-6 hours and bengay or theralgesic with moist heat.

If I wasn't pregnant I'd be chewing ibuprofen like they're candy at this point.

At least I got someone at work to rub my shoulders for an entire 15 minutes. I don't know if it just hurt or felt good. A little of both. He could feel the knot right under my skin though. I almost climbed out of the chair when he hit it.

Sorry, hon, that is awful. I hate when that happens and you can barely drive bc you can't ever turn your head. I always feel like such a schmuck.
