Btw, the CPAP is an upgrade from the vent and nothing to be afraid of, it is a good thing for her to be able to handle it. Are they going to do anymore head ultrasounds, when does she get her eyes checked? Etc... Hang in there!

Her eyes are just beginning to open. I was so lucky to see that yesterday. Then in the same minute she yawned.
They haven't said anything about checking her eyes yet. I was under the impression that would be _later_, like ~32 weeks.
I think the next head u/s will be tomorrow or Wednesday. I think she said something like every wk for 3 weeks, then every two weeks... It's tough to retain all the tests and schedules.
She just had a PICC line put in, so that will make a few things easier.
M is fell in love with her. He asked if he could bring Ella home to snuggle in his bed. He drew a picture of the two of them, and he hung it on his wall so he had a picture of her also. He's going to be an awesome big brother.

I remember that 
There were many times when I would arrive at the hospital in the morning and they were just finishing up with tests for the day. I didn't even need to be there. The whole thing was just so strange and unnatural. I was like, "oh hi there, I am just the mom"

I cant pm here, but Jen said to call her. If you dont have her number get on the dog board and PM me, I will give it to you.
Her charger died for her laptop so It will be a couple days before she gets a new one.
She said they ran a few tests on her, trying to find source of pain. Results not back for that. Ella has a partially collapsed lung, but she is doing well.
jen is pumping 2 oz at a time now, so that is awesome news too.
Baby steps.
