So...when are you due? Im sorry if I missed that, Ill find it... (I see on your FB that you're about 34ish weeks?)

I am 2nd tri and get them EVERYDAY. If I dont get enough water, they are more intense. My midwife is not concerned about them at all. Suggestions would be to take a bath and drink a glass of wine (if youre comfortable) and if they go away, they are not real. Or just drink up even more water than you are. Also, if changing positions makes them go away, they arent real. Are they painful?

Hmmm, I am no doctor, but am surrounded by midwives and 'birthies'. Do what you feel will make you comfortable but I am suspecting that they are just contractions that do nothing. I had a Click here to enlarge in september I doula'd for and she had contractions like that starting at 36wks.

Get some rest, ma.ma! Have you been doing anything different lately? Any stress levels? Besides, its too early for you! Keep that baby in!

Well with Brooke (baby #3 for me) I had them a lot. I went in to L&D more times then I'd like to admit out loud Click here to enlarge But I would have them like 4 min apart for 2 hours or so and they were pretty uncomfortable but then I would go in and my cervix wasn't changing so I was sent home. It was nice kinda nice to be hooked up to the machine and be validated that I was in fact having contractions Click here to enlarge

If you keep having them for hrs on end and don't stop I'd go in. I went in twice with Trent both times they had to take measures to stop them. Good luck Click here to enlarge.

I agree, don't feel bad about going in. And if it is after hours, just call your doc office and they will more than likely give you their blessing to head in to L&D

BH ctx don't really hurt, they are just uncomfortable. I've been having them since like november, so for a long time. I never had a single BH ctx with my first pregnancy.

I went to L&D that one day because I was having painful ctx that hurt so bad that I couldn't lay down, and when I timed them, they were coming every 2-6 minutes. That really scared me because I was in labor with my dd for less than 6 hours. I didn't want to have a 30 wk baby at home, for sure.

Did your ctx calm down last night? Laying on your left side, getting hydrated, and rest will help, hopefully.

water, water, water Drink like 20 oz of water and lie down. If they go away, great, they are just uncomfortable BH. If not, get yer arse to a doc or e/r and get checked.

I had more BH with #3 than #4 but I think it was because #3 was more active in utero than #4 was. Who knows, though. #4 they just weren't as bad for whatever reason.

Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first.
