I am struggling. I had my last cigarette last night around 9:00. I woke up today at 7:30 and have been wanting one ever since.

This is hard. HARD. Im terrified that I will put back on the weight I just lost, which would suck ass

Right now Im just trying to get through the next few minutes. I already told some people that "I Quit" so I feel like I cant go back on that, or Id be really embarassed.
