Unhappy Since I'm no where near 400 posts

And I am getting my ass back in gear to lose weight I'll just post here on the public board!!

Geez, I've been here for almost a year you'd think I could get to 400.

So, I did great on WW after my son was born. Well, here it is a year later and I never made it to my goal AND gained back about 11 lbs (all within the last month! ARGH I'M A STRESS EATER!)

So I'm starting again today. My first goal is to lose atleast the 11 that I gained within the first month. You may say it sounds unhealthy, but I know a lot of it is water retention.

In the meantime I'll work towards 400 posts to get into that top secret forum...

Good luck. I just cannot bring my self to do WW, but if it worked for you I bet will again. 11 pounds in a month is not bad, I hear you can lose up to 2.5 pounds a week and it is still considered a healthy weight loss.

I love WW...

for me I normally lose a bit the first week, then taper off to 1-2 pounds a week.

My dh has been deployed and since March and not even trying that hard I've lost 25 pounds, most of it in the last 4 months.

Is WW real expensive? That is one of the reasons I am avoiding it.

Well here it's 18 dollars to join and 11 dollars a week..

However, once you get the stuff the first week , you could do it on your own.

I'm not strict enough with myself to do it on my own, so I cough up the money and go there to get weighed in.

the nice thing is it's a way that you can eat forever, because you can eat whatever you want, you just learn portion control, to drink water, etc.

They also have an online program, but I don't know the price for that.

I do the online program. I think I pay like 25 bucks every 3 months. I like it because I have to "weigh in" once a week. That helps me keep myself accountable.

I am familiar with the program though. If you have never followed the points system then it might be worth going to a few meetings first to get it all down.

Your dh is going to be up for a big (or should I say smaller?) suprise when he comes home! When will that be? Click here to enlarge

It;s free registration time in my area so you don't have to pay anything but the meeting fee-here's 10.95 or 14.00 depending on which plan you choose.
