Wanna lose baby weight!
I have finally decided to do it! I'm gonna get up off my arse and start by getting more active. My apartment building has a pool, so I am going to start swimming laps. I have a yoga vidio I never use, so I'll start using it.......and I'll babysit my 15 month nephew more often. He's a very active 30lb, and chasing him should help me shed the extra pounds!!
I am 5'9" and 164lbs according to my Dr's scale. My healthy weight is about 145, so I have 19 lbs that I would LOVE to lose by next summer.
Shouldn't be too hard, that gives me 9 months, so I only have to lose 2lbs a month.......Go Me!!!

Wow, I'm 4 inches shorter than you and 145 is my healthy, and attainable goal weight.
