Guess what? I shovelled. For hours. I honestly don't know how long. I was out there for a while in the morning. Had lunch. Went back out, and was out there a long fucking time. Click here to enlarge

My ass and quads are killing me. My upper back is so sore. My biceps/triceps are sore. I swear it was a better workout than going to the gym.

Now that the plow has been by, there is even MORE shovelling to do. No worries for how I'll get my exercise tomorrow. Click here to enlarge

Feb 23 turned into another day off. I did spend a lot of the day painting the upstairs hall. And I ate really well.

Feb 24

Short cardio on the StairMaster - 15 minutes.

Lower body weights:

leg curl 30lbs
leg extension 30lbs
inside thigh machine 70lbs
outside thigh machine 65lbs
calves machine 125lbs
butt machine 150lbs

Upper body weights:

lat pull down 40lbs
low lat row 50lbs **missed, machine was busy**
shoulder press 45lbs
chest press 50lbs
bicep curl 30lbs
triceps push down 35lbs

2 sets of 10 reps* of each one.
*12 reps on the calves and the butt machine.

Maintaining my weight at 133.

triceps push down 35lbs
another chest maching - the names escapes me - 25lbs

2 sets of 10 reps of each one.


Holding at 131lbs.

Missed a few upper body weights but felt like another good workout regardless. I would have liked to have gotten them done, but, again, we were late getting there and the childcare was going to finish up.
