leg curl 30lbs
leg extension 30lbs
inside thigh machine 70lbs
outside thigh machine 70lbs
calves machine 130lbs
butt machine 160lbs *up 5lbs*


Short time at the gym. May get back there tonight to do upper body weights.

Aside from major house cleaning, no workout.

Unfortunately this week is going to be screwed up because of March Break. Until next monday, the 22nd, there won't be any childcare at the gym we go to. That makes it really difficult for DH and/or me to get to the gym as often as usual.

so much for getting to the gym - I had to take one of our cats to the vet.

I did a bunch of squats, some abs, and a lot of upper body/arm stuff (using cans of tomatoes or beans for weights Click here to enlarge).

1 mile walk + stretching

Lower body weights:

leg curl 30lbs
leg extension 30lbs

Upper body weights:

lat pull down 45lbs **missed this one**
low lat row 50lbs
shoulder press 50lbs
chest press 50lbs
bicep curl 30lbs
triceps push down 35lbs
new chest machine - 20lbs

Finally feel like I'm somewhat back on track.

Weight 130lbs.

No shit, that is seriously a mild/moderate workout. I would purposely squat, stretch, tighten my abs etc to make it more productive in terms of exercise. Dayum, I was a bit sore yesterday (the 12th).
