20 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner program, level 4)
Lower body weights:
leg curl *out of order*
leg extension 20lbs
inside thigh machine 60lbs *up 5lbs*
outside thigh machine 60lbs *up 5lbs*
calves machine 115lbs
butt machine 135lbs
Upper body weights:
lat pull down 35lbs
low lat row 40lbs *up 10lbs*
shoulder press 30lbs
chest press 40lbs *up 5lbs*
bicep curl 25lbs
triceps push down 30lbs
2 set of 10 reps of each one.
Also - 160 crunches (40 reg, 40 left, 40 right, 40 reverse).
And I'm down another pound! 8 lost so far! :high5
