GINGAH IS GETTING FIT DAMMIT!

Jan 18

20 minutes hard walking on the treadmill; came very close to 1 mile.

Lower body weights:

leg curl 15lbs
leg extension 20lbs
inside thigh machine 50lbs
outside thigh machine 50lbs
calves machine 110lbs
butt machine *not done today*

Upper body weights:

lat pull down 30lbs
low lat row 30lbs
shoulder press 20lbs
chest press *not done today*
bicep curl 20lbs
triceps push down *not down today*

Didn't to sit ups per se, I did focus on keeping my tummy tight while working out though.

200 crunches - variety of crunches/crunches to each side/reverse crunches

Also - 160 crunches (40 reg, 40 left, 40 right, 40 reverse).

And I'm down another pound! 8 lost so far! :high5

I was out all day, from 9:30am - 10:30pm with Duke.

I did make pretty good choices considering I had two restaurant meals!
