How do you exercise

with little ones around?

As soon as I turn on the WATP DVD, she suddenly needs 50 million things.

Wait till naptime Click here to enlarge My DS is in school, and DD takes a nap from about 1 or 2 until after DS gets home at 3:30. So I do my exercise shortly after I put her down in case she wakes up early.

On days off school and during the summer, I let DS play a computer game while I do it when it's raining or too cold out. Otherwise he usually plays outside during that time.

I do it before they get up, or if that doesn't work, I do it at night when they go to sleep.

Click here to enlarge I know the feeling. Well, I try to exercise while they are napping. As for walking I just strap them into the double jogging stroller and push them.

ugh NONE of those work for me.

we're all late people. dd stays up til like 11-12 (because of dh's working hours) and then we all get to sleep til 9-10. If I got up earlier I'd fall over.

She's working on cutting naps out all together, so I don't get that naptime.

Today she was great. Did not need one thing when I turned on the WATP 2 mile.
