March 16th Check in
I walk for 30 minutes this morning and I am planning to do my WATP tape this afternoon. Also I have been folding clothes all morning so does that count. Click here to enlarge

I did my WATP 3 mile with my 5 pound hand weights and my 2.5 pound ankle weights and then did a mile on the treadmill in 22:30.

Of course, I am drinking a pina colada as big as my head with whipped cream right now, so this post is null & void. Click here to enlarge
