How to lose inches in my hips?

Anyone know a good exercise for this? I currently run 2 1/4 miles 3-4 days/week, and do 50 minutes of Winsor Pilates the alternate days and STILL I have these fat inches on my hips that I can't get rid of. My low riders have unsightly flab hanging over them that wasn't there before my 3rd child was born!!! LOL!!

I've been doing the running for a few months, but the Pilates only for about 1 I just being impatient or is there another exercise that I can add to concentrate on this area?

Torso rotory. That has helped me a lot on the hips. Even though it is designed for the stomach area it has helped with my hips. you don't even need a machine to do it just keep doing a lot of twists.
