Hi!
I'm new here and thought I would say hi.
I started seeing a nutritionist about 4 weeks ago. I have lost 5 pound and am very excited. I have started walking 4 times a week and am actually going to join a gym. I'm really motivated now, but give it another month or so and i'll probably need a kick in the ass. Looking forward to getting to know you.
