Busy, I love that you change your avatar so often. Your children are beautiful!

I did a 40-minute walk through 6 inches of snow. Some of the sidewalks were clear, and others not so much. LOL. I could feel my stitches starting to get a little bit bitchy from the jarring, so I cut it short.

She has great teeth----did she need braces, or just luck out?

No braces or anything. She just has good teeth, wish I could say the same for myself. Click here to enlarge

Me too. I had braces twice. The first time didn't "take" because I have missing adult teeth and everything just spread out again (I lost my retainer in college).

Now I have implants and use the retainer nightly.

That's great that you don't have to spend $ on braces for her.

Well, got a pretty good workout today. I played outside in the snow with the kids! Slid down a homemade snow pile many times, ran down the alley holding on to one of my strong dogs and pulled my 18yr old son down the alley in the sled among everything else. I was outside in the very cold for alittle over an hour.

Just trying to get warm now...lol!

I bet you'll be sore later on, and all of you will sleep well tonight!

I got in a 45-minute walk today. Damn, it was bitter cold out there but I did it.

Back to work tomorrow after 4 weeks off. I'm work mornings only for 2 weeks and then full-time starting on the 25th. So I'll still be able to take walks in the afternoon.

Good job on getting your walk in! Good luck tomorrow at work.

I'm so sleeping now and ready for bedtime right now, but I still have 2.5 hours before everyone's bedtime!!

Returning to work tired me out!! I only did a 25-minute walk on Monday, and 40 yesterday, but today I did a whole hour and it felt wonderful. I go to the doctor on Tuesday and hopefully he'll release me to do anything I want, because I'm getting bored with just walking. I'm dying to get in the pool, or go for a run.

Now it's time for a nap.

Hi, I think it is normal thing because of you do not do any exercise regularly. If you do daily exercise it does not happen.
