So I signed back up for weight watchers today. Two years ago I lost 53lbs on it and have gained about 20 back. Just need the support to stick with it again. I'm trying to get healthy for myself and my family.

Who else does weight watchers? I know I can be successful on it because I have before. It just takes a little while to get in the routine again.

Hi,
I go back and forth between WW and calories. Calories are easier but WW seems to work better so for now I'll flit from one to the other until I choose just one.

I'll check out MFP. I've never heard of it. Anything to help me stay on track. I went to the gym last night. I absolutely HATE going to the gym. I HATE to exercise!!! I know I have to and I will get in the groove, but damn I hate it!
