This week..
I managed to lose ZERO pounds! I wish I could be disappointed but I sort of saw it coming. I was doing well until Saturday-Monday when I ate a hamburger (Saturday), pizza (Sunday), ziti, and cannolis (Monday). Um, oink!
I'm still proud that I logged all my meals and made it to the gym every day that I was off work, and all the food was homemade except for the pizza which was the best in the universe...even if it's 450+ calories per slice, yikes.
Oh well, on to next week...how is everyone else doing?
