Bit of advice

Hello, everyone. My friend is undergoing her IUI procedure. It's her first attempt at assisted conception. The procedure so far has gone all good. Is there any advice that I could give her? She's really anxious and impatient. It's not a good combination. Could she still be pregnant considering it's been five days?

Hi, there! I hope you're doing well. It's alright to be a little anxious during that. The wait is really tough, so I don't blame her. Five days is absolutely nothing! She should test again in a couple of days. I hope she gets the BFP!

That's quite early! Five days isn't much at all. She shouldn't worry too much. I'm sure things will get better. Chances of pregnancy are a bit low with IUI, as compared to IVF. However, it still happens for a lot of women. I hope your friend is one of those women! Good luck and baby dust for her.

Thank you for the replies! I told her that it's early. However, these messages have confirmed it. She's quite nervous, which I think is natural. Keep her in your prayers. I'll try to keep you all updated on her procedure. I hope it's good news!

Hello. Hope you are doing well. Good to hear about your friend. It's a huge step. I'm sure everything will be fine. You don't have to worry either. I know its hard to wait. But it has only been five days. She is supposed to wait for two weeks. Everyone is advised to take a test two weeks later. I know she can't help obsessing over it and getting anxious. But she has got to stop stressing. Stress has a huge impact on this. Could sometimes even mess up with the results. You guys don't want that happening. I hope this works for her. Good luck.

Well, yeah! Don't' worry! Get under an OB's observation. She should test again in a couple of days. I hope IUI works for her. I'm also having one, but IVF in August at a centre in Kyiv. So, yeah! Can relate the urge here, we talking about. Hope she becomes a mother! Bless ya both!
