Help a Sister

Hello to the lovely women reading this post. I hope you all are doing great. I'm posting a thread to help my sister recover from her anxiety. A brief history; my sister is infertile. Her infertility is unexplained even though she and her husband both got their tests done, and there's nothing wrong with them. This really traumatized her. Thank God for her amazingly supportive husband. After TTC for 4 years, they now went through an IVF treatment. The treatment was successful, I'm glad. After all the doctors have shown so much concern in their job. She's so worried about pregnancy and is anxious if she's pregnant yet. I'd like you all to motivate her and send in some positive thoughts. This would really mean a lot to us. I'll make her read all your comments. TIA!

Of course, I'm not a specialist.
Though, I do have anxiety and being pregnant ALWAYS makes mine worse. Your sister should focus on what she can control and sometimes that helps. Even minute by minute. For instance, I can control how much water Iím drinking, I can control the food Iím eating etc. Little sleep also makes my anxiety MUCH higher! Then she should go for a walk or something to get fresh air and her blood flowing while telling yourself positive things. It doesn't always work but itís worth a try! Today, she's pregnant and that's what important!
