In two weeks, the physical stuff will be over with, after that, it's all about resisting the urge. Avoid situations where you'd normal have a cig, find other habits to replace it. Gum and Hard candy work great (although maybe not so good for teeth) you should consider chantix or the lozenges if the crazings are severe.
