I quit Jan. 11, 2009. I smoked since I was about 15, so....19 years? Subtract 2 years from that, actually...I did quit once before. The hardest thing for me was being around others who still is hard. My advice to you all reading this that want to quit, is that it IS possible to live without smoking! I promise you!! When you're a smoker and you're thinking about quitting, just the mere thought of living life without a cigarette is so hard to imagine. But you CAN be happy living life as a non smoker.
