Ha! I should know off the top of my head how tall he is, but I don't. I do know that he's waaaay below the top of that head rest extender thing with the First Years True Fit. He outgrew his previous rear-facing seat well before he outweighed it. I wouldn't doubt that the same might happen for the rear-facing seat. He's not chubby.

I did meet her for the lunch show and we didn't talk much. I'm kinda writing about it in the Nodak thread, but I broached the subject with her this morning and that's when she told me she thought he should FF so he can see where he's going. Dh came home at lunch, saw how worked up I was watching scary youtube videos and gave her another talking to and I just sent her an e/mail with links to said scary youtube crash videos.
