BFAR is totally different. My kids nursed a LOT. You can do both, too. Don't judge based on what you pump after nursing. Get a Supplemental Nursing System (SNS) from an LC and go from there.
You *can* do this. My kids never had nipple confusion and I was able to nurse and supplement with formula. Definitely see an LC who has worked with BFAR moms.
