|Sextillion||I had a week like that last week. My calories weren't really out of range, but I still showed a static weight and even a gain on some days I weighed myself. I think it was because I ate at restaurants more often so I was retaining a ton of water. It was a challenge not to binge, but the scale is back down 2-3 pounds.|

I managed to lose ZERO pounds! I wish I could be disappointed but I sort of saw it coming. I was doing well until Saturday-Monday when I ate a hamburger (Saturday), pizza (Sunday), ziti, and cannolis (Monday). Um, oink!
I'm still proud that I logged all my meals and made it to the gym every day that I was off work, and all the food was homemade except for the pizza which was the best in the universe...even if it's 450+ calories per slice, yikes.
Oh well, on to next week...how is everyone else doing?
