| liz08 | You should be able to find fenugreek at Whole Foods. I typically get my supplements online since I can get way better deals, so you can give that a try as well (I get mine at seacoastvitamins.com). And remember to drink plenty of water while taking the fenugreek. You might even be able to find some tea with it as well. |

I get mine at Wild Oats, they are the Starbucks of the health food world, so I assume there would be one near you (just a wild guess). Just an FYI, when you start smelling like maple syrup, it's working. My dh used to wake up craving pancakes when ever I took it. |

GNC or Wal-Mart? I will check them out. I have heard "health-food stores" but I'm not sure what type of store that is exactly. The link says many supermarkets and natural food stores and that's what Whole Foods is to the best of my knowledge. I'm assuming it can be found in the same aisle as things like St. John's Wort and such? |

Where to buy Fenugreek? My supply has been slowly decreasing to the point that we are dipping into our freezer stash and it breaks my heart.  I've tried oatmeal, I drink plenty of water and I pump 3 times a day at work. I even went on vacation for 6 days, exclusively nursed and that didn't seem to help. I nurse DS as often as possible but I just can't seem to get enough from the pump any more and now AF has started full force, damn her. So I think I might try some Fenugreek. Where can one buy it? About the only "hippie" store I see around is Whole Foods. I don't even know what type of store to look for.
