lucabbedirectory I don't use ice cubes to freeze vegetables, but they should not come into touch with air throughout the freezing process.

Ice cube tray food
For all those who use ice cube trays to freeze vegetables, etc., how are they stored in the freezer?
Do you just leave it uncovered or do you cover the trays with something?
I'm about to start freezing some different vegetables and I'd like to hear how everyone else does!
