I am I am

My name is Tiffany. I am a single mom. Part time work when I can, full time mommy! I want to get my career rolling now that my son is turning 6. I'd like to blog but I am still figuring out how that could support us, I applied to a few startups Pley , OrangeMud, and I have some interviews but I'm always looking for new opportunities! I won't know until I've tried right?? Anyway, it's nice to join a new forum. It was long overdue. Nice to meet everyone!

PS I love these emojis!

TessGLP Hi! I'm the proud (single) mother of two wonderful kids (12 yo boy and 14 yo girl). I'm working full-time for a small company and I'm a creative writer by night. It's more than a handful...Thank God for the support that I get from my sister.

MamanFrançaise Hi all,

I'm a mom to 2 (Hannah, 10 and Genevieve, 6). I work full-time as a project manager for an ad agency. I've been a PM for several years now. It serves its purpose by allowing me to be a control freak during working hours and being mostly normal at home.

SuzieFuQ Hi. I guess I fit in here, and under students, I tried to go to the military wives part, but I can't. Sigh. I will never get 400 posts.

I've just returned to college (Monday actually) to be a Veterinary Technician. Holy balls is it a shit ton of work, 15 credits, 9 classes. My brains are on fire and I think my pencil is fused to my hand.

I have a 5th grader who has Aspergers (with a host of other behavioral issues to go with) and a kindergartener who has juvenile rhuematoid arthritis that she seems to be growing out of (that is a blessing and I am truly grateful) and they are both girls.

My husband will be deploying September 4th and will be gone until June so I'm pretty much a single mom too. I am going to copy and paste this shit into every sub forum I fit into because, as metioned above, my brain is on fire.

I had to divide fractions today without a calculator. I haven't done math since 1996. I feel about as smart as a rock. They said we are not allowed to use a calculator AT ALL for the first 6 weeks of class. I should walk in next week with an abacus...

Anyhoo. I am a clusterfuck of bone and muscle diseases and you'll find me to be a walking zombie If you see any of my parts lying around, please toss them back my way. If I do get to 400 posts and don't notice, will someone please cattle prod me? I'd very much like someone to comiserate with

Jennifer
Who am I? A jiglee cowgal who works hard at keeping her calves together these day...

Hi. Name is Jennifer. Canadian. Mother of one bright 'n busy 6 year old kid. Me and her got into farming after her dad passed away in 2007. I also work from home as a (new and growing) internet enterpreneur. So far, so good, and am making a monthly income that'll probably mean quitting my full time finance gig by the end of 2010. Oh... I guess I haven't mentioned... I also have a full time job working at paying the government's bills which I will be happy to give up. We are a busy, television deprived, working family. Probably idiots. But we are happy.

I am a WAHM. I'm a recruiter for Alpine Access I love my job -- primarily because it allows me to stay at home and work and still take care of my children. Which is more important to me than ANYthing

maddhands I am FT working mom with 2 boys 1,5 and 4 years old. I work every Friday from home and although I have a long commute (almost 3 hours) I spend 2 hours in a train and have this time to myself - reading, watching movies and napping.
For me it's easier to work than to be stay at home mom. Since I am going craaaazy staying at home. But sometimes I just don't want to get up at 6 and just be a SAHM
