Network problems We have experienced a cluster of network problems recently that resulting in members not being able to access the board. The problems were NOT server related, but affected the networks by which information from the server reaches you. The first day, our network was under a Denial of Service attack. Technicians handled the problem and service was restored. The second day, AT&T experienced several problems with their nodes, which affected clients along certain paths. Our uptime has been exceptional up until this point. And we must remember that any time you work with large amounts of highly techinical equipment, you will have failures. Our customer service continues to be the best. Technicians are working on the problems and keeping us informed. We will do our best to keep you informed. |
