I think it would be pretty helpful. I can't really call myself an ex-smoker yet as it's only been less than a week. I plan to stick around for a while though. Support is a good thing.

Hey. Ex-smoker here. Do you mind if I poke my head in from time to time? I ask because ex-smokers can sound a little cheerleadery  ntificating from time to time. I remember that from my "I'm trying to quit" days, but now I think... "Well, maybe they were just talking about their experiences with this shit."If you don't want an ex around, just say the word. (I smoked for 22 years, about a pack to a pack and a half a day. Haven't had one since November 11, 1998.) |
