LetThereBeLips The two times I've been pregnant I had a triphasic chart - I'd get a nice jump when I ovluated, and another at around 7 days past ovulation.

Any time I haven't been pregnant I have not had a triphasic chart.

Belly What Starr and Limeade said. According to a lot of knowledgable folks, triphasic charts are a very good indicator of pregnancy. Right now, you just have one temperature at the potential begining of stage three. If your temperature remains similar tomorrow, you might have a genuine triphasic chart.

For what it is worth, I have been pregnant 5 times and never had a triphasic chart. Anyone here have a triphasic chart and not been pregnant?

Starr You have a preovulatory temp, then the temp drop and rise with ovualtion, then if pregnancy has occured, you have a noticable increase in temp.

Limeade It means 3 levels of temps.
