play fights in the Elementary school

When kids at school playing games like cops and robbers in which knocking and sit on each other, what should the Teacher to do?
to let them play or stop them?

If the teacher is in a discussion, i think it is right for the teacher to stop them but not in front of everybody. Instead call them outside and talk to them in private. Warn them not to play again especially during discussion time and the type of game they are playing.

hi,

For a school to function and run smoothly, children need to be well-behaved and respectful, so every school has a discipline policy written by the headteacher. Messages about good behavior and respect for others need to be reinforced at home as well as at school.
All schools encourage parents to work with them on problems concerning a child’s behaviour. Schools have several standard ways of tackling unacceptable behaviour, and they will report any action to you.
